It is pretty fun and exciting to have My Own Ezine
Look Mom Look World My eighteenth Ezine! Yes people, that Famous LindseyGurl has hit the Big Time!
Ezine means an Electronically transmitted newsletter-style magazine.
An ezine can be Interactive meaning it can take You to Places or Show You things.
Dreams are meant to come true!
I Hope you Believe, like I do that if You have a dream and believe in it and yourself
Then You can Make your dreams (and maybe someone else's) come true.

So Welcome to the 17th Edition of the LindseyGurl Ezine
Before We begin I would like to invite Kids from all over the world to share about their lives.
The more fun places and ideas you send to me the more I can share with others.
I share my favorite things of the month and Special things I like to do.
Also, places I like to go on the Internet, and if we share these with each other here,

Waiting for Mom in a friends driveway.
I dont know about You but I am really looking forward to this New Year! It seems as though time is starting to pass by way too quickly. Like, I wasn't ready for the Winter Vacation to be here, and gone already.
Christmas has come and gone and it was all fun, but now that it is almost over I feel as if I didn't do anything really exciting! Know what I mean?
It is as if yesterday was my first day at the new school, now I have been there long enough so everyone and every classroom and hallway look familiar. I know what every teacher expects and how to get from one class to the next (that was way easier to figure out than I thought it would be). I know who the cute boys are and the popular girls. Basically, it is not new anymore.
New Years Is For Making Goals
Everyone says 'Oh, I am going to make my New Years Resolutions and follow through with them this year'. Then when they sit down to do it they get so upset because it is like all the things they are doing wrong. It isn't any fun to make a list of every way and place you messed up or made a bad decision. Then trying to figure out how to change it. Good Grief!
Anyway, this year I decided to make Goals Instead Of Resolutions. Yep! It just sounds more positive. I am not going to say what they are but people tell me I should
Meaning, set goals that I can actually acomplish
Make a timeline for my Goals.
Deciding when I want to achieve a goal will make it easier to get done.
Share my list with at least 1 person.
By sharing my list I will have someone to talk to about it.
Maybe with help I can stick to it!
Keep A Positive Attitude
It is too easy to go negative in thinking.
Dont let it happen to you!
Back To School PlanNow that school is only days away I really want to get better grades? How about you? I am not sure why my grades are not better. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I wait until the last minute to do the assignments. It just seems like I have all the time in the world then before I know it the project is due.
This bothered me, what I could do to get better grades, so Mom & I got out my past report cards going back to 5th grade. That's when we moved to California.
I saw something in all of them that siad I would do a lot better if I applied myself more. So, we talked about what applying myself meant.
Basically it means I should be listenting in class/paying attention and thinking about what the subject is and what it means. It also means trying harder when it comes to the lessons.
I really want to get good grades because I want to be able to go to the college I pick, instead of one that will accept me. I want to go to college because I will be able to get a better job and learn more about the things I am interested in.
Make Good Use Of My Time After SchoolSince there isnt much time left in the school year I need to get a handle on what I do after school. I usually want to get together with a friend then we spend a bunch of time just walking around or doing nothing.
I was trying to get my homework done right after I got home from school but it got dark too soon, so I never got a chance to get out and take a walk. Maybe if I get all my homework finished right when dinner is over then I will have the rest of the night to do the fun things.
