Happy Holidays to all My Friends and Family!

Welcome to the Fifth Ezine!

Finally! Another Holiday Season is here!

Thanksgiving, then Christmas and of course New Years!

Thanksgiving

We drove for 13 hours this year to visit my Mom's relatives in Washington State

Everyone, including the dogs was sore and stiff
but when we got to my Aunt's house it was all worth it!

My cousin and Aunt were glad to see us and I knew we were going to have fun!

The next day we went to my other Aunt's house where the Thanksgiving dinner was

There were so many adults that us cousins and friends spent most of the time in the downstairs playing and watching everyone come and go

All the food was good, but the best part was spending time with my little cousins

We went to visit my Grandparents who had just built a new house

I was so happy for them and glad to see them

We wished we had more time to spend there but we had to drive back home

For Thanksgiving I think it would be nice to make driving up to Washington and visit Family our Tradition

Christmas!

There is so much to be thankful for!

Instead of always thinking about what Santa Claus will bring us on Christmas I think we should try to celebrate how lucky we are

I think if everyone thought more about

• JOY
• CHEER
• GIVING
• LOVE

Each Christmas would be more Meaningful if we All spent more time thinking about other people, especially the ones who might not be having a Christmas at all

It seems as though there are so many people selling toys and caring only about themselves that they are forgetting what Christmas is all about

If youwant to really feel good about yourself try doing things for other people

This year we are going to donate to Toys For Tots

Help a Child
Have a Better Christmas

Toys forTots

This is a good cause because all the toys are New and they go to Kids who are needy

A lot of the Kids are living in Emergency Housing like Shelters and they have no toys this Year

So, tell your parents you want to trade one of your gifts to the Toys for Tots drive this Year

Why not make this one of Your Traditions?
If you help someone I bet You will really feel great that you did something for someone else this Holiday Season!
